1. Scope

1.1All PixorAds advertising products

These rules cover the ad network, tasks, marketplace tasks, Daily Bonus, mailings and placement exchange. Review covers the entire journey: copy, images, video, buttons, destination, bot, channel or Mini App. Approval of one creative does not approve all project content.

1.2Advertiser responsibility

Provide accurate information and use only materials you have the right to publish. Follow applicable requirements in the countries and regions where ads are shown, including advertising, consumer protection, personal data, intellectual property and licensing rules, as well as the rules of Telegram, app stores and marketplaces. The advertiser is responsible for required disclosures, age warnings, seller information, ad identifiers, reporting and statutory payments where applicable, unless PixorAds separately assumes the relevant duty by agreement. Contractual allocation does not remove either party’s own statutory obligations. These rules supplement the Terms of Use and do not limit users’ mandatory rights.

2. Permitted categories

2.1Products, services and content

Lawful products and services are permitted: education, technology, productivity, creativity, entertainment, travel, sport, delivery and ecommerce. Telegram channels, communities, bots, Mini Apps and websites with useful content may be promoted. Permitted categories must still meet creative and destination requirements.

2.2Games and gaming apps

Games without monetary bets or withdrawable winnings are permitted. Disclose in-app purchases and paid conditions before payment. Do not portray game currency as guaranteed income or disguise a casino as an ordinary game.

3. Categories requiring additional review

3.1Finance and crypto projects

Banking, payments, investment and crypto services require individual review. Before launch, contact support with the legal entity, delivery countries, required authorisations, fees and risks. Guaranteed returns, pyramid schemes, deposits solicited with fictitious promises and evasion of financial restrictions are prohibited. News or education must not conceal a prohibited service.

3.2Health and regulated services

Medical services, health products and other licensed services require prior review, evidence of authorisation and mandatory warnings. Do not promise cures, guaranteed outcomes or a replacement for medical advice. Prescription medicines, dangerous self-treatment and unsubstantiated miracle remedies are prohibited.

3.3What to provide for review

Send support the project link, offer description, audience countries and age, required documents and final materials. Do not launch before approval. Review does not replace official authorisation or guarantee placement on every partner property.

4. Prohibited categories and practices

4.1Fraud and harmful services

Phishing, malware, account theft, stolen data, hacking and bypassing security are prohibited. Advance-payment reward schemes, fictitious giveaways and counterfeit services are prohibited. Tasks or rewards must never require login codes, passwords, seed phrases or payment credentials.

4.2Dangerous and unlawful goods

Drugs, weapons, ammunition, explosives, human trafficking and unlawful services are prohibited. PixorAds also does not accept advertising for tobacco, vapes, alcohol, casinos, betting or gambling with monetary prizes. Links to intermediaries or private communities do not create an exception.

4.3Violence, sexual content and harassment

Pornography, sexual services, exploitation of minors, graphic scenes, incitement to violence, terrorism, discrimination and harassment are prohibited. Do not expose personal data or humiliate a person, group or competitor.

4.4Political campaigning

PixorAds does not accept election advertising, political campaign fundraising or advocacy for parties, candidates or armed conflicts. Neutral news and educational content are assessed on their substance, without incitement to violence or concealed campaigning.

4.5Infringement and impersonation

Counterfeits, unlawful distribution of paid content, forged documents and false claims of partnership with Telegram, PixorAds or a recognised brand are prohibited. Use images, voices, trademarks and testimonials only with appropriate rights and without fabricated endorsement.

5. Copy, images, video and CTAs

5.1Clear and accurate offers

The ad must explain the offer and where its button leads. Prices, discounts, bonuses, duration and material conditions must match the destination. Disclose offer restrictions. Do not promise guaranteed earnings, cures or impossible results; substantiate verifiable claims.

5.2Readable materials

Copy, logos and warnings must be readable on a phone. Images and video must avoid broken frames, excessive flashing, cropped mandatory disclosures and aggressive sound. Follow upload form limits for size, duration and format. Materials must suit the selected audience’s language.

5.3Honest buttons and interface

Do not create fake close or play controls, system warnings or reward notifications. Advertising CTAs must describe the action: visit a website, open a bot or read conditions. Do not portray an advertiser visit as required to receive a viewing reward. Do not disguise advertising as a service notification.

5.4Synthetic media

AI illustrations are permitted with appropriate rights. If modified images or voices could be mistaken for a real statement, testimonial or event, clearly disclose their synthetic nature. Do not fabricate endorsements by people or brands.

6. Links, websites and Telegram projects

6.1Working and accessible destinations

Use HTTPS and a link type supported by the form. The destination must work on phones in delivery countries and allow the offer to be verified. Bots must respond, Mini Apps must launch and channels must contain substantive posts. For private projects, provide authorised reviewer access or a public offer description without sharing account secrets.

6.2Consistency and no substitution

The final destination must match the reviewed ad. Analytics and affiliate parameters are permitted if they do not conceal the offer. Reviewer-specific cloaking, unexpected redirects to a different product, forced file downloads and blocking exit are prohibited. Changes to the product or destination require review again.

6.3Payment terms and user data

Before purchase, show the price, subscription terms, cancellation process and seller contacts. Collect only necessary data with a clear explanation and lawful basis, and provide privacy information. Advertising must not enable hidden charges, forced subscriptions or excessive personal data collection.

7. Tasks and marketplaces

7.1Conditions before task acceptance

Disclose the action, verification method, deadline, reward and retention before the task begins. Do not add mandatory purchases, money transfers, document submission or new actions after acceptance. Completed and verified actions are paid under the task conditions; visits and sales are not guaranteed unless they are the selected result.

7.2Ad viewing and voluntary visits

In the ad network, a viewing reward and a CTA visit are separate actions. Do not require a visit, purchase or installation to pay for a completed view. A separate visit task must disclose its action before acceptance. Automated clicks, bypassing limits to obtain repeat paid views and fabricated evidence are prohibited.

7.3Product pages and honest research

Product page exploration, information searches, product questions and private feedback may be ordered in supported PixorAds formats. Paid public reviews with a prescribed rating, fabricated purchase experiences, rating manipulation and coordinated reports against competitors are prohibited. Use the exact product URL on a supported regional domain and follow marketplace rules.

8. Audiences, mailings, properties and view billing

8.1Available audience information

PixorAds questionnaire filters use voluntarily supplied answers and apply only where supported. They do not imply access to Telegram profiles or verified identity. Do not request individual profiles, precise location or discriminatory offers based on sensitive traits.

8.2Mailing consent

Advertising mailings are allowed only to recipients who gave separate consent. Starting a bot or accepting terms does not replace advertising consent. Purchased Telegram ID lists, spam and bypassing opt-outs are prohibited. Respect users’ topic, frequency and quiet-hour settings.

8.3Integration and traffic quality

Property owners are responsible for property rights and genuine user traffic. Rewarded ads must start voluntarily with clear conditions; bots, automated clicks, farms and hidden impressions must not generate paid events. Keep API keys server-side. Dashboard readiness checks alone do not prove SDK installation or traffic quality.

8.4Daily Bonus: CPM and a budget ceiling

New campaigns pay for confirmed visible views: at least 50% of a creative is visible for one second in the active app window. One person can generate one paid view per creative per calendar day in UTC+03:00. The total budget is reserved but spent only on confirmed views. The duration is a maximum window: delivery stops when the budget runs out or the window ends, and unused funds return to the advertising wallet. There are no automatic extra charges. Full-board CPM includes spots and exclusivity; a view of its single creative is one event. An early stop releases the board. Audience forecasts do not guarantee reach. Previously paid bookings keep their terms.

9. Review, decisions and appeals

9.1What reviewers check

Reviewers check the offer, all submitted creatives, destinations, audience and result conditions. Decisions apply to a specific version. Approval does not guarantee sales or continuing delivery availability. Material changes or detected violations can lead to review again and delivery suspension.

9.3Corrections and support requests

Correct the issues and resubmit using available editing controls. If you disagree, contact support with the campaign or placement ID, version, clause number, decision text and supporting evidence. Review time depends on complexity; the current status applies until a new decision is made.

Before submission

Check the offer, destination, disclosures and task conditions. If something needs correction, use the clause cited in the decision.

For international guidance on responsible advertising, see the ICC Advertising and Marketing Communications Code. This voluntary framework does not replace applicable law or mandatory consumer rights.
