1. Scope and acceptance
PixorAds is a software service available through the Telegram bot @pixoradsbot, the Mini App and pixora-ads.com. The PixorAds Administration operates these resources, maintains the service and accepts requests through @pixoradsinfo, @pixorads_support or info@pixora-ads.com.
Clicking the acceptance button creates an electronic record of the document version, language, acceptance method and time. Creating a campaign, performing a task, making a deposit, buying a placement or requesting a payout also confirms acceptance of the current terms and the conditions of that operation. Users who do not agree must stop using the service.
Financial and advertising features are available to legally capable users aged 18 or over. A user acting for an organisation confirms that they have the necessary authority.
2. Roles and service
A user may act as a performer, advertiser, publisher or partner. An advertiser reserves a budget and orders a measurable result or placement; a performer voluntarily accepts a task and earns a reward after verification; a publisher places advertising or connects advertising inventory.
PixorAds provides a catalogue, technical checks, moderation, accounting and secure reservation of funds. The service does not guarantee sales, profit, organic audience interest, permanent subscriptions, a particular number of actions outside the paid metric or uninterrupted availability of a third-party platform.
3. Account and access
- One person uses one Telegram account and does not share access with third parties.
- Users are responsible for account security, the accuracy of submitted information and actions performed in an authenticated session.
- Task access may require membership in configured official PixorAds channels and one available language chat. If a required resource is not configured, that requirement does not apply.
- The audience questionnaire and city verification are optional. Declining does not block regular non-targeted tasks but may reduce the number of available tasks.
4. Types of tasks
PixorAds may offer Telegram channel subscriptions, group joins, post views, reactions, comments, poll participation, bot launches, Mini App visits, website visits, surfing with a timer and attention checks, and extended tasks with automatic, manual or evidence-based verification.
Each task card states the action, reward, deadline, verification method, permitted evidence and retention period. For an external website, PixorAds can verify its protected visit and control events, but without the website owner's integration it cannot confirm page reading, registration, a lead or a purchase.
Tasks with prepared comment text must not be used to deceive people, portray advertising as an independent opinion or breach platform rules. A performer may skip any task.
5. Campaigns and advertising products
Advertisers may create one-off and automatic campaigns and select the audience, schedule, pace, daily limit and retention period. Available products may include Telegram and Web promotion, mailings, Daily Bonus, extended tasks, the advertising marketplace and the ad network.
The price, minimum quantity, fee, duration and forecast are displayed before funding and recorded for the operation. A rate change applies to new operations and does not reprice an order whose funds have already been reserved, unless a change is agreed.
Advertisers are responsible for rights to materials, links, channels, bots, Mini Apps, websites, trademarks and personal data, and for accurate and lawful advertising in the countries where it is placed or targeted. Mandatory advertising disclosures, age warnings, identifiers, reporting, authorisations and payments remain the advertiser's responsibility within the applicable requirements, unless PixorAds separately and expressly assumes that duty. This allocation does not relieve either party of its own statutory duties. Moderation approval does not replace authorisations or establish that advertising meets the laws of every country.
6. Verification, retention and result disputes
- Depending on the task type, results are verified by an available API, control event, message from an external bot, timer, CAPTCHA, performer evidence or moderator.
- One result is paid for once. Repeat attempts, linked accounts, automation and anomalous activity may be referred for review.
- After initial verification, a reward may remain on hold until the retention period ends. Losing the required result during that period may cancel the reward under the task conditions.
- An extended-task report not reviewed by the advertiser may be accepted automatically after the displayed deadline if no risk signals exist. Users may correct a report or appeal in the cases provided by the interface.
7. Balances and currencies
PixorAds accounts separately for advertising balances, available earned rewards, amounts on hold and order reserves in RUB, USD and ★. These records are not bank deposits or independent payment accounts.
Telegram Stars received as payment for digital services inside Telegram are recorded as non-withdrawable advertising credit. ★/XTR in a performer's balance is an internal PixorAds accounting unit, not a transfer of Stars to their personal Telegram balance.
Available earned rewards in ★ may be converted to RUB only at the exchange rate and under the conditions displayed by the server before confirmation. Deposited advertising balances and available earned balances are not combined.
8. Advertising balance deposits
Available deposit methods and amounts are displayed before payment. For crypto deposits, the user opens the payment provider's secure page and selects a coin and network; the credit currency is selected before invoice creation. RUB accepts the Faster Payments System (SBP) or crypto methods; USD accepts crypto only; Stars accepts Telegram Stars payments only. CryptoBot and xRocket are crypto payment methods. The provider displays any fees and exchange rate before confirmation.
PixorAds credits RUB or USD only after verifying a confirmed payment, transaction identifier, amount and currency. Pending or cancelled payments are not credited, and repeat status checks cannot create duplicate credit. Previously created payments continue under the terms in force when they were created.
Deposited RUB and USD are advertising credit only. They may pay for PixorAds services priced in the selected currency and cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another user or converted into earned balance. A refund or chargeback reduces unused advertising credit; operations for which it has already been reserved or spent may be paused for reconciliation.
9. Reservations, cancellation and refunds
When an order launches, funds are reserved separately. Only the result or placement period specified by the product is charged. After a valid cancellation or inability to perform, unused reserve returns to the advertising balance from which it was taken.
Refunds of the original payment are considered following a user request, mandatory legal requirements, actual service delivery and refund availability at the payment provider. The method and timing depend on the original operation and provider. Stars use the procedure provided by Telegram.
Contact @pixoradsinfo, @pixorads_support or info@pixora-ads.com with the operation identifier and circumstances. Users may contact support before starting a bank dispute, but this does not limit rights that cannot be restricted by agreement.
10. Performer payouts
Payout requests use available earned balances only. RUB supports available bank and crypto methods; USD supports CryptoBot or xRocket in USDT only. Deposited advertising balances cannot be withdrawn. The exchange rate, amount and payout conditions are displayed before confirmation; fractions smaller than a cent remain on the USD balance.
For a bank payout, users provide their own phone number, bank and recipient name; for a crypto payout, they use a supported method and their linked account. Risk review may delay a payout but does not change ownership of the recorded amount without an established basis. Completion time depends on the review, bank and availability of payment infrastructure.
Users are responsible for determining and meeting their applicable tax obligations on income.
11. Referral program
The first valid invitation is saved independently of registration. The invited user accepts the main PixorAds terms and confirms the account by email code or Telegram sign-in on the website or in the Mini App; registration directly in the bot uses a CAPTCHA check. Separate partner acceptance is not required from the invited user. A user accepts the partner terms when enabling income from their own invitations. Bonuses and percentages are calculated under the relevant policy version and may remain on hold until activation conditions are met.
Referral Flow distributes eligible users without a valid invitation link among active plans in turn. Purchasing a plan guarantees neither a number of referrals nor income; automatically assigned users have separate reduced rates without the regular activation bonus.
12. Advertising marketplace and network
In the marketplace, owners of channels, groups, bots and Mini Apps may list offers, while advertisers can book placements, agree on conditions and reserve payment. PixorAds may request bot permissions, statistics, a TGStat link, a test send or a publisher-supplied recipient list to verify a property.
A deal specifies the materials, timing, price, volume, pinning conditions and dispute window. Bot mailings are charged for the successful unique deliveries specified in the deal; publications are charged for the agreed period. Unused reserve is returned, and publisher payment is released after performance or the end of the dispute window.
In the ad network, a publisher connects a property and PixorAds selects ads according to campaign settings. Availability, publisher share, moderation and the verified impression or action are determined by product rules. When an external advertising provider is connected, its ads and its own terms may apply separately.
13. Mailings and Daily Bonus
Advertising messages from PixorAds and its advertisers in Telegram require separate affirmative consent. Registration, starting the bot, accepting these Terms or continued use do not enable mailings. An invitation may appear on the Mini App or web account home screen and when entering the bot menu. The first prompt offers Receive offers or Not now; declining does not restrict features and is not reversed by updated terms. Topics, frequency, quiet hours and consent can be changed in Offer preferences. PixorAds records the choice, time, source and consent version. Transactional notifications are separate from advertising.
Daily Bonus may display several advertisements in one message or screen, and rewards a user no more often than the displayed interval. Advertisers may book one or several spots, a period, a button and available extensions. A unique impression means display to a particular PixorAds account and does not guarantee a visit or sale.
14. Prohibited conduct
- Bots, account farms, self-referrals, fabricated evidence, falsified results, duplicate rewards and bypassing restrictions.
- Malicious links, phishing, spam, unlawful goods and services, discriminatory or dangerous content, intellectual property infringement and disclosure of third-party personal data without a lawful basis.
- Requesting passwords, verification codes, payment details, identity documents or advance payment in a task description.
- Providing another party's bot token or Telegram ID list without authority and a lawful basis.
15. Moderation, restrictions and availability
PixorAds may reject materials or pause a campaign, task, property, deposit, reward or payout following a breach of terms, a legal or platform requirement, a technical error, a chargeback or a substantiated risk signal. Where applicable, users receive a reason and an appeal route.
Planned maintenance or failures of Telegram, a website, bank, payment provider or other external system may temporarily limit a feature. PixorAds restores correct accounting from server records, but is not responsible for an independent third party's operation to the extent permitted by law.
16. Content and liability
Users retain rights in uploaded content and grant PixorAds a limited right to store, verify, format and display it for the selected feature. Users warrant the required rights and permissions.
Liability follows applicable law and proven direct loss. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Updates, applicable law and contact
A new version is published with an effective date. Material changes are shown before the next affected action and require acceptance of the new version. Existing financial obligations are not changed retrospectively without a lawful or agreed basis.
Applicable law is determined under the mandatory rules and conflict-of-law rules of the relevant jurisdiction, including the place of service delivery, the user's residence or business location where legally relevant. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights or other protections that cannot be restricted by contract. Unresolved disputes may be considered by a competent court or authority under applicable law.
Contact @pixoradsinfo, @pixorads_support or info@pixora-ads.com with your Telegram ID, account ID or verified account email and, where relevant, the operation identifier. Contacting support does not restrict statutory remedies. The Russian and English texts describe the same conditions; users may request clarification if they differ. A translation discrepancy does not limit mandatory user rights.
18. Website sign-in and identities
Browser access uses confirmation in the official bot or a verified email and password when the email service is connected. An existing Telegram identity opens the same account, balances and history.
Users maintain access to their email and Telegram, keep passwords and codes private, and confirm only sign-ins they initiated. Changing email requires verification of both addresses; password recovery ends previous sessions.
An unused sign-in method can be linked in the profile after ownership verification. A method already associated with another account is not automatically reassigned. Support reviews requests to merge accounts with existing financial history after checking ownership and obligations.
An email account can use the available website features. Actions requiring Telegram identification, membership checks or inventory ownership verification require a connected Telegram identity; the interface explains this before the relevant action.
